ノーパソFMV612MG3 セレロン1.2GHz メモリ256 の環境でFreeBSD5.3 を使っています

こページを参考にMPlayerをインストールしたのですが

# make WITH_DVD=yes WITH_SVGALIB=yes WITH_SDL=yes WITH_VORBIS=yes \
WITH_XANIM=yes WITH_REALPLAYER=yes WITH_LIVEMEDIA=yes
までは無事にできたのですがmake installすると

Stop in /usr/ports/multimedia/mplayer-skins.

Stop in /usr/ports/multimedia/mplayer-skins.
*** Error code 1

Stop in /usr/ports/multimedia/mplayer.
と出て怒られます。
どうやって解決したらいいでしょうか。長文スマソ
