FreeBSD 5.3 で libiconv を ports でインストールしようとすると
libtool15: link: cannot find the library `/usr/local/lib/libiconv.la'
というエラーがでて、インストールできない。

/usr/local/lib/libiconv.la
がないのはわかるのだけど、
このファイルって、libiconv をインストールすることで作られるのではないのか？
