環境はC:\www\casketにＣＡＳＫＥＴがあって、C:\www\public_htmlにindex.htmlやestseek.*やtest.cgiがある感じです。
加えてC:\www\cgi-binにもindex.htmlやestseek.*やtest.cgiがある感じです。
以下の中身はcgi-binの方です。
