Cygwinをフルインストールしようと思ったんだけど
_update-info-dir-00230-1をインストールしているところで

「In-use files have been replaced. You neet to reboot as soon as
possible to activate the new versions. Cygwin may operate incorrectly
until you reboot.」ってダイアログが出て、その後

「Can't Package Database for writing: No such file or directory」とか
いわれてインストールが終了しちゃうんだけど、なぜ？
