あれからひたすら何度も試しているのですが、実は全然うまくいきません（つД｀）
Apache1.3にfcgiとmod_FastCGIを適用させようとしているんですが、エラーが…。

httpd.confに以下の内容を書き込んでapacheを再起動します。
LoadModule fastcgi_module libexec/apache/mod_fastcgi.so
AddModule mod_fastcgi.c

<IfModule mod_fastcgi.c>
AddHandler fastcgi-script .fcgi
FastCGIConfig -maxClassProcesses 4 -minProcesses 1
FastCgiIpcDir /tmp
</IfModule>

すると、
Syntax error on line 206 of /usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf:
Invalid command 'LoadModule', perhaps mis-spelled or defined by a module not included in the server configuration

とエラーが返されます。サイトの説明通りにやっているんですが…。
