Desktopにstreamtuner2-audacious.desktopというファイルを以下の内容で作成
(/home/hoge/.config/streamtuner2/にstreamtuner2-audacious.shを
おいてあるものとして説明します)

これで確認のダイアログを出さずに使えると思います
