基本前スレだけでいいとおもうが
書き忘れ、過去ログ倉庫の不備や倉庫行きなしで途切れがあったりして、
過去探すのに前スレ順繰り遡りでは行き詰まることはあるね
前は1に記載必須で、2以降に直近5つくらいでいいのでは

雲も多少あるけど、陽射し強いんで豊後3日目干していたら…表面に塩が粉吹いて、パリパリ仕上がりになっちゃった;;
暑くて風も強いから乾き過ぎたか…
表面はパリパリだけど中まだ柔らかいし、梅酢に戻すべきか悩むなー、コーティング溶けたら皮破れそうで…

それくらいのなら980踏んでもできそう
1のまとめ方は980に任せて、2は他の人に分担してもらったら楽なのでは
テンプレで7くらいまで埋まるスレで分担してもらってありがたかった

パリパリ仕上げ！わかる！私もなりました
白梅干のほうはなってないけど赤い梅干の方がパリパリ仕上げ
タッパーにしまって３日目ですがしっとりとしてるけどコーティングが溶けて塩がジャリジャリついてる感じです。
来年は白梅干のみにする予定です

なんかお忙しいことになってんの？
とりあえず>>1乙　( ^^) _●　三年物の梅干ドゾー塩分15％で漬けております
ちゃんと干してあるのでカビは全然無関係ですね

お袋は今年は5％でサシスを作っているんですが保存が難しくて大変なみたい
でも親父殿の高血圧をサシスで低下させるのが目的なのでそれなりにやる気はあるみたいです
誰かが旨いといって食う　それは最大のモチベーションになりますから
ただ最大の問題は親父殿は梅が嫌いだということなのですｗ

祖父が梅を育てているので、祖父と両親で毎年梅を漬けてる
どちらも梅干がぎっしり入ったタッパーを仕送りしてくれるから家に空いたタッパーがめっちゃ溜まってて、今回の帰省で持ち帰ってきたｗｗ

来年は自分で漬けようと思う
そして祖父と両親とこのスレを参考にする
