原発の構造上（通常運転時）cool waterをriver,lake or oceanから
管で吸い込んで、
その管をCondenserの中に通して、温かくなったwarm waterを外
（river,lake or ocean）に排出している。

だから原発はriver,lake or oceanの近くに建設している。
