X.org 7.3 対応のnVidia driver は、Linux版よりも遅れてリリースされることになってしまった。

compatibility to become available very soon. In the meantime, you can use the -ignoreABI option and
use older drivers if you don't use COMPOSITE.

とのことなので、すぐにはリリースしてくれそうだけど。
