Windows 上の NTEmacs (GNU Emacs 22.1.1 (i386-mingw-nt5.1.2600) of 2007-06-04 on A208752) で
org-mode 5.13i を make しようとすると、次のエラーになります。

原因がわからないのですが、対処方法はあるでしょうか？
