httpで80以外のポートにアクセスできません。
http://hogehoge:18080/などのアドレスがsquid経由で表示できず、以下のメッセージがブラウザに出力されます。

squidが動いているサーバー自体のブラウザでは(直接接続で)正常に表示できますし、
squidを経由してるPCもyahoo等は問題なく表示できます。

以下、関係ありそうなsquid.confの抜粋です。
acl Safe_ports port 80 # http
acl Safe_ports port 1025-65535 # unregistered ports
acl CONNECT method CONNECT
http_access deny !Safe_ports
http_access allow localhost
http_access allow localsubnet
http_access deny all
http_reply_access allow all
icp_access allow all

CentOS release 5.4 (Final)、squid-2.6.STABLE21-3.el5　です。

http://hogehoge:18080/を表示できるようにするにはどうしたらいいでしょうか。
