無事解決できました。JavaMonitorをきちんとインスタンスとして
立ち上げることができました。。

立ちあがらねぇと言っていた原因は・・・

/opt/Apple/Library/WebObjects/Executables/WOServices
にあるJavaVMのクラスパス設定を忘れていたことでした。。
どうもすみませんでした。。住民の皆様、お騒がせして申し訳ありません
でした。そして本当にどうもありがとうございました！！
