DirectoryIndexをindex.html index.php にしておけば、
http://ho.example.com/ のアクセスは　http://ho.example.com/index.html　になる
そのうえで、
http://ho.example.com/index.php の最初の方で
http://ho.example.com/geru/index.php　にheaderで飛ばせばいい
