外部のサイトを取得したいのですが、下記のようにエラーがでます。
試しに別のサーバを利用してみたら、正常に取得できました。

allow_url_fopen　は　On　になってます。
どこか設定の違いだと思うのですが、
他に設定が必要な所ってありますか？
詳しい人、教えてください。
