アニメでは「ふたば幼稚園」ですが、漫画では「アクション幼稚園」です。
アニメの制作スタッフが実在する幼稚園と同じ名前の幼稚園をアニメに出さないはずです。
単なる偶然だと思います。
地元の知人によると、しんちゃんの自宅はドンキホーテ付近（八木崎駅と豊春駅の間）だと噂されているとのことです。
臼井儀人先生がその周辺に住んでいたとの噂です。
アニメを見ると、春日部駅から離れていて、帰宅中に踏切の音がすることがあるので、私もそのあたりではないかと思っています。

The kindergarten in the anime is "Futaba Kindergarten" while the one in the manga is "Action Kindergarten."
The anime production staff would not have given their fictitious kindergarten the same name as an actual one.
I think it is purely a coincidence.
According to an acquaintance of mine who lives in the area, Shin-chan's home is rumored to be near Don Quijote (between Yagisaki station and Toyoharu station).
It is also rumored that Mr. Yoshito Usui had lived in the vicinity.
When I watch the anime, I also wonder if he lived near that area since it is some distance away from Kasukabe station but the sound of the railway crossing can be heard from his house.
