OSはXPでまだネットには繋いでません。友人とCD-Rのやりとりなどはしてました。昨夜PCの電源を入れたところ、黒い画面に白文字で

という表示しか出ず、まったく起動しません。初心者で非常に恐縮なのですが、どう対応すれば良いかぜひ教えてください！
