状況がちょっと違うようですが、
ある人が一週間ライセンスが届かない、とsoftwrap(ライセンスを管理しているところ)に問い合わせたところ以下のメールが返信された、という例がありました。

内容を見る限り、Re-install Existing Licence からやるようですね。もしまだ試してないのであれば、試してみてください。
