I'm not of your opinion about that thread.
after it started to work, rule-breaking threads have significantly decreased
but the threads themselves haven't.　Thus it worked to make reporters do their jobs better.
More threads in appropriate boards -- I see many reporters come to work much better than before.

I admit quite a number of reports there are missing point
but fortunately drunker-san is not fool enough to be influenced by that.
clarify and alert unacceptable threads, guillotine out-of-hand bad guys,
and simply ignore the rest.　Drunker-san is doing quite well.

(please note that I use the word "reporters" only for CAPs
and not those nanashi-san who reports "bad" threads.　that's confusing.)
