Without guillotine some reporters always ignore the rules, customs and alerts completely
no matter how well the other good reporters behave.

I regret I talked too pessimistic.　After that drunker-san comes,

So 85 reporters are active within 1 month and 51 within 1 week.

Not all the reporters are "full-time" volunteers and
I think reporters who post only occasionally like 2-3 threads/month are not bad reporters by itself
and they can also contribute to variety in total (as far as they don't break the rules).
Let's not hope we'll have 10 Yusai-s.

I think that newsplus should make a board for exclusive use of NETOUYO.
We should give them autonomy and should have themselves decide the recruitment of reporters method.

In addition, news is renamed to newsminus and should make a board for exclusive use of the left wing.

When we don't do so it, KENMO is damaged by political geeks.
It will make very many people sad.

so user's requests are fully answered speedily.

It is notable that most reporters in >>535 don't break rules in general.
Maybe reporters in request-thread are benevolent volunteers.
I think we should try to increase this kind of reporters.
