This can be done by starting Notepad as administrator.
To do so, right-click the Notepad icon and select ‘Run as Administrator’.
ノートパッド（メモ帳）を立ち上げてぇ、あっ管理者権限でね

When Notepad has started open the ‘hosts file’ by navigating to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc.
ノートパッド（メモ帳）でhostsファイル（単なるテキストファイルだから）を開いてぇ　場所は↑

Then add to that file the following line: [IP address of the key server] key.slysoft.com
ここのリンク先にＩＰアドレスが書いてあるからそれで行追加してって
中見れば長簡単なファイル
# 127.0.0.1 localhost　　　　　みたいな行ね (#は要らない )

[IP address of the key server] key.slysoft.com ←とまぁ、こんな行追加すればいいだけ


And save the file.
