We have been updating a system in order for you to access your blog by a new URL without a server number.

Old URL: http://(blog ID).blog(server number).fc2.com/
New URL: http://(blog ID).blog.fc2.com/

・Switching over will be completed in 2012 or later. We cannot announce the exact date at the moment because we will have to take load on each server into account during the operatin.
・Even if you access your blog by the old URL after this transition, you will be redirected to the new URL. And it is also possible to access your blog through a link on other sites. Search engine index will stay the same too.

Specs will be changed as follows:

・Unicord will be changed from [euc-jp (the old spec)] to [utf-8 (the new spec)].
・The Japanese version blog can be shown in other languages and vice versa.
（Please log in after you choose a language in the pull-down list in the upper right of the FC2ID user management page.)
