cssのパスが間違ってる

style-site.cssに
/cgi/mt/mt-static/themes/theme-earth/theme-earth.css
って書いてあるんだが
このパスの指すURLは要するに
http://test.weekend-surprise.com/cgi/mt/mt-static/themes/theme-earth/theme-earth.css
となる。

ここに何も無いからな。
CSSが適用される訳が無い
